The team here are amazing. So courteous, helpful but most of all honest. It can be daunting finding a good mechanic to keep you safe but also not take advantage of you when the charge. Great customers service. There were two other customers there the same time as me a foreign women in a head scaf and a middle age bloke with a prosthetic leg.The bloke in charge treated all the customers with the same respect and integrity that I don't always see in this industry. Stand up bloke will be back again.

Really, genuinely impressed with the service I had today. The staff were extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything that was going on with my car and even picked up on some things I would not have expected my old mechanic to do so. I was told of a few items that will likely require future attention and provided with estimates of how much these would cost which was very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Allen, the manager, worked closely with his team (Matt) to replace front tyres for my corolla. It's interesting to see once he installed a new tyre he patted it like a basketball :-) so he still loves his job and making it easier for me to trust the quality of their services.Above my expectation Allen also checked and refilled the spare tyre, which I didn't think carried out by southside toyota for my car yet.Matt is very friendly and helpful as well, he offered to tighten the wobbly engine guard with cable ties without extra charge, much appreciated!

Paid $900+ for 4 brand new wheels for them to wear so quickly within a year. Happy tyres of moss street seems to have better tyres for WAY cheaper.

Can't say enough good things about the blokes at this workshop. Have my car running in great condition at very reasonable prices. Honest and no b.s. Any parts that need replacing they can even show you what was wrong with them afterward, so you can be confident they're not ripping you off. I'm not a mechanic but the way they explained everything made sense to the general motorist. A++ garage.
