Alan Memmott the service manager for Mazda really looked after us, after our Mazda BT-50 blew a timing cover gasket. Good communication, fitted the warranty repair into a busy schedule. Very clear about progress and got us going again. Loan car provided so we could still get about Mt. Isa. His workshop team were professional and courteous.
