We had some MAJOR leaks in 2 stormwater drains recently. We called Triton (and a couple of others who never got back to us), and they came to assess and quote the next day. We were happy with the quote and Andrew was able to do the job the very next day. The job was entirely finished on that day....couple of mishaps with the excavator breaking another stormwater pipe that we didn't know was there. However this was repaired immediately and really we wouldn't have known about it if Andrew had not told us. All said, we were very happy with the work done. Special shoutout to the apprentice Ahmed. Lovely young man, very pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I was surprised to get same day service. Our water heater broke down the night before, and a phone call to Triton the next morning saw us get an new water heater installed by the end of the same day.Andrew and his co-workers fully explained the job and cost involved. They were polite and respectful. Certainly would use them again and would be happy to forward their details to family and friends. Thanks boys

It was late afternoon when i called Andrew from Triton plumbing, who i have used many times before on some big projects and he was on the job next morning. It was a fairly big job and much to my surprise he finished that same day. His is a professionall in his trade. Higly recommend him for any plumbing job.

Cannot recommend Triton Plumbing highly enough. The phone is always answered and booking is easy! We renovated our 50 year old bathroom. Andrew was prompt, professional and went above and beyond to finish the renovation. Communication is the best we have had with a Tradesman.

I contacted Triton for an urgent gas oven installation, they responded immediately and arranged for Andrew to come the next working day. He quoted the job prior to starting and was friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend their services

Very friendly and efficient booking process with reception/admin and booking was on time with good communication however for a less than 2 hour local job for a pensioner with an inexpensive fitment part and a very close call out i found the cost for fitting a heater (that i provided) at nearly $700 was unjustified. Although the job was done well, i would estimate labour charge is around $150 - $175 an hour so very dissappointing.

We had the best experience with Andrew of Triton Plumbing. Our hot water service decided to die on us last evening and a call was made to his number. Within half an hour he was at our place examining the system. Unfortunately we needed a new hot water service. He arrived back this morning at 7.30 with a new unit to install. The job was completed within 2 hours. Remarkable service. We certainly recommend Andrew and his team for any similar job.

Highly impressed with Andrew and the team at Triton Plumbing & Gas. They immediately found the issue and fixed it immediately. They also provided me with photos of before and after which were extremely helpful. Will definitely be using them in the future and recommending to friends and family.
