Phil Gilbert Toyota

My experience at this store was extremely unpleasant. I went there to sell my car, and after it was thoroughly checked and inspected, they offered me a price. We negotiated and eventually came to an agreement. However, after spending hours on this process, the sales manager suddenly declined the offer and canceled the entire deal. It was a complete waste of our time.

I was quoted a drive away price, I was asked for my company details including my RMS number for the transfer. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was told it wasn’t including the transfer. I asked why was my RMS number was requested. They told me the salesman (away on this day) was new and shouldn’t have done that. I said, that wasn’t my fault, the person doing the handover said ‘I’ve had a bad day, don’t ask me’ he was aggressive, then I asked to speak with the person in charge.The manager (while polite) explained again that the original sales person was new and there was nothing he could do about it. I had no alternative, I paid the extra $1100 but I won’t ever go back to Gilbert’s.

Mustafa has been of great help to us in buying a car. The entire Toyota staff has been very helpful, kind and respectful. I'm very happy with the service and especially mustafa's helping nature.
