READ BEFOFE CHOOSING SRS MOTORSI recently purchased a 2011 Holden Captiva from SRS Motors for $5500, which came with a Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) and was supposedly inspected by a mechanic. However, just a few months later (around 8000km driven), the car began having problems, and when I took it to my own mechanic, they found that the timing belt had never been replaced, despite being overdue, and that the previous owner had not taken proper care of the car. I was quoted $4000 to fix as it requires a new engine.I reached out to the owner, Steve, to resolve the issue, and although he was responsive to my concerns, he did nothing to resolve the issue. I am now out of pocket $6000, and without a car, and I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from SRS Motors. It's essential that dealerships are transparent and trustworthy, and unfortunately, SRS Motors failed on both counts.

My friend bought car from them after 2 days car stop working when he call them they didn’t even picked his calls and the way of talking of Steve was very rude. Don’t trust them

I absolutely love these cars. My car was such a good deal and the service was amazing. And six months later the car is still running like a dream.I don't know what the other bad reviews are about.These guys were honest and really accommodating!

0 start if i can put it ,the owner name is Steve ,purchased 2 rav4 from these guy, holding $2000 deposit not to refund ,have already report these LMCT dealer to BLA ,and fair trading, not honest ,stay away from them. Now have to use the Lawyer to deal with them

My wife bought an absolute lemon off these guys....wouldnt touch them with a ten foot pole. They shafted her with a partial refund after screwing her around big time trying to fix the thing...
