National Storage Rothwell, Brisbane

Beware the 5 star reviews are only from short term renters. Anyone getting a unit longer than 3 months will get a significant hike every 3 -6 months continuously. I’ve just had an increase of nearly 12% after 3 months for a small garage unit and it’s going to cost me an extra $600 per year! They give you the cheap price at the beginning knowing you are stuck moving the stuff. I sent an email requesting to know why such a huge hike and they just blew me off with their usual legal response. If you want a unit longer than 3 months do not go near this business!

Very poor care of customers ..communicates one thing, dose what they wish , act like you matter talk you into a bigger storage then you need and up ur costs 3 months i personalhad a $53 increase with 2 weeks warning ....little warning . 0 compromise .. Do not use unless you are local.... they didnt refund what they agreed and kept 3 weeks extra storage costs my monthly cost was $300+insurance .This is my first 1 star review :( true shame

Helped us out in finding a place to store our caravan. Took us on a tour of the facility and were very friendly!Sometimes frustrating when there are heaps of cars parked in the driving lanes, as we store our caravan there and it is hard to navigate through the tight thoroughfares.

Very helpful he carried my battery out to my car for me .

Facility was very clean, organised, and well set up. Pricing was reasonable.Alec and Priscilla were both fantastic to deal with, even going to extra effort to suit our tight schedule (we were driving from ACT to QLD and back with only 2.5 days to do it in the hire truck). The unit was clean so we were able stack things like the couch sideways without having to worry about dirt getting on it. Security set up seems very adequate, and both Priscilla and Alec were lovely to chat to. Will update this review when we have finished using the unit.Update: Have now moved out of the storage unit. Despite multiple storms, our stored items were all perfectly safe. The units are very well protected and insulated. I have nothing but good things to say about National Storage Rothwell. No undue charges on the account, always friendly and prompt customer service, and everything was exactly as it should be.

National storage Rothwell did not deactivate my ex-partner’s access code. He was then able to enter the premise and steal my belongings from MY storage shed. National storage Rothwell then refused to return my calls or assist in legal proceedings against my ex. Absolutely disgusting.

Sooper Dooper friendly staff who are more than happy to help you with all your packing needs as well. This place is spotlessly clean and well maintained. I feel safe when visiting my storage shed and I am confident leaving my belongings there.
