Majestic view of deloraine valley. Hard climb for a beginner but definitely worth it. Hiking shoes is a must or a fully covered sport shoes with ankle protection (e.g basketball shoes). This is to prevent and protect water from getting inside your shoes and having sufficient grip to your terrain. There are two steep rocky hill climb. The first one is relatively ok but the second one to reach the peak takes a little more out of you. Go early like 9am or 10am early so that you have more short rest along the way. Once youre on mountain top, keep walking on the footpath about 15 to 20 minutes until you see a small resting area. This place overlook a perfect view of deloraine valley and Dry Bluff. especially around 12 -1pm. So planning ahead is a must.

It's easy to get lost, But anyway, it was a great exploration!! Walking and climbing out-and-back total was about 7.5 km (4-5hours). I highly recommend it!!!

My partner and I went up in late December. We aren't the fit type so it was a pretty decent hike in difficultly. Took about 4 hours return, stopping for photos and getting lost twice (keep an eye out for the arrows). The track gets quite steep towards the top. Highly recommend going all the way up as the top is filled with flowers and butterflies, very pretty.

This is a lovely walk, with brilliant 360deg views from the summit. You need to keep a good eye out for the markers, as some are placed fairly high so easy to miss and the track is quite braided in some areas, making it difficult to see the main track. I would rate this as only medium difficulty, but it depends on your fitness level. The bouldering looks difficult, but is relatively easy up and down.

Great Day Walk could bring along your kids from ages eight and up. Good view at the top; I recommend doing it in summer.

Beautiful hike. 3 hours return. The sign in the carpark says 5. Great views at the top. Follow the red arrows to the peak, it can be easy to get lost otherwise. The rocks can be slippery (June) and uneven so take some shoes with good ankle support. Have fun :-)
