This rating is for the sales person, Dean Radulovich. I bought a used car in February this year. His genuine sales pitch made my buy the car which I probably would not have bought if were another sales person. Dean simply gave me facts without any sugar-coating. He DID NOT try to sell hard and that's what sold the car. Dean has also been responsive to my queries in weeks following this purchase.

I have recently purchased a new car from National Capital Motors Tuggeranong. The trainee salesperson Simon Brown was great to deal with. Simon really knew all the features of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Before the test drive he gave me a comprehensive run down on the car. At the handover of the vehicle he ensured that my iPhone would integrate with the cars infotainment system. My purchase went very smoothly because Simon kept me informed at all times.For a trainee, Simon has great communication and interpersonal skills, he is an asset to National Capital Motors.

His communication was excellent, he was super well mannered and very professional. The entire process was made very very easy due to Lewis. I highly recommend seeing him if you are looking to buy a car yourself !

I’ve been trying to buy a used car for three weeks now. There were some issues with them falsely stamping that a major service had been done, but when the service was properly done, they found some other issues. So now the three departments, sales, repairs, and intake are each saying the other had to pay to fix it. In the meantime my deposit is sitting in their account, the samleman keeps complaining how he’s now not making any money out of the sale and has lost interest, and it appears that only one person in the entire company can approve a repair on the vehicle, but of course, he’s either away, or has some illness. So in short, avoid this company unless you’re happy to walk everywhere while waiting

A big thank you to Morris at NCM Belconnen. He sold us our beautiful Subaru Outback. Both my husband and I were so impressed with his friendly manner, professionalism and communication throughout our whole purchase. It was one of our best experiences in purchasing our car. It was great to have something that can be so stressful an actual enjoyable.Also a big shout out and thanks to Jarrad Powell; he organised our finance and insurance. His communication, his way of making us feel comfortable was great. All through the financing process he correspondence was impeccable, keeping us up-to-date how things were going. He had all the paperwork ready for us to sign once all was approved. Jarrad made us feel comfortable about the whole thing.The only negative thing we can say was that there was a verbal agreement at the time the car was taken out for a test drive, that they would pick up the stamp duty on the vehicle as a bit of a bonus. Unfortunately this was not followed through which added a further money to our financing...so that was a bit disappointing.

Absolutely perfect experience with the team at National Capital Motors, especially with Matt, James & Jarrad.Nothing was to much trouble for them and they also organised the front grille change and rear roof spoiler to what I wanted.Thank you so much and loving my A45.I'll be letting my family know if they need a new or used car, go check out NCM first.Thank you, George.

My Kia was being serviced. I got there at 8 and was all finished by 9.30. Very comfortable waiting lounge with a big coffee bought to me, exactly the way I like it. Toilets available and WiFi, although I I see my own connection via phone. Excellent car service with car also cleaned inside and out. Video sent of the car getting its health check.

When shopping with my partner got very sleazy used car sales men vibe who pressure hard to get the sale. Service dept also gave the same vibe. Even though I'm happy with the car not happy with how they made me feel and eventually my lack of trust made me switch where I go to get the car serviced.
