had my wedding there. It was nothing but a headache and stress. Ellen lacked motivation and seemed very careless about our wedding. She showed no empathy or understanding. We had to chance up everything ourselves. Ellen left everything to the last minute which put us under a lot of stress.on the day, there was no one available to pull the cake table to the middle for us to cut it. We ended up doing it ourself in front of the guests. Bridal room was not provided so we had to hire a room in the hotel on our expense.Venue and food was nice.

had a birthday here once and booked the paradiso room. booked the room to our selves. when we went to set up, there was no asking how we wanted anything, they just did it themselves with no communication as to how we wanted it. they then started moving the set up to one half of the room and when we asked why they said they had other bookings. they then proceeded to RUDELY tell us that they still had bookings that they had to accommodate to like it was knowledge to us. we then presented the emails saying that they said we had the room. they then started to tell off my mum by saying we never said that after it was clearly written by them in an email. the staff were rude all night, ignored us when we asked questions and rolled their eyes at us all night because we were apparently too loud because apparently we can’t talk when having a function. don’t get me wrong some staff were extremely friendly but majority were extremely rude. very unprofessional and all our family and friends agreed. i have never had a good experience here. take your money and time else where because the set up, planning, food and everything else is very unprofessional and unorganised.

I had my friends kids Christianing here and the service was vile. My table had run out of bread rolls and the staff said they where no more, how does a function centre run out or bread rolls for an event? We caught the staff eating the steaks after we where advised they had run out, not all the guests got one. The staff where not friendly, I wouldn't book an event here if it was given to me for free.

Comfortable place to stay at. Very good service. The location is perfect making it close to many prime locations you'd want to visit while vacationing in Adelaide.

We enjoyed a bottomless cocktail brunch today and it was awesome! Food was delicious and the drinks and staff were brilliant. Definitely coming again.

Have been looking to host an event at Sferas, and Matilda has been amazing to deal with. I have been chopping and changing on dates and she has been very patient and helpful.

Nice venue. Attended my 3 year old niece's dance concert. However it is up a flight of stairs and honestly l could see a ramp to take for wheelchair access. Not saying they don't as the could have a lift.

My school held their year 12 formal here and it was the best school experience I have ever gone to, I felt so connected with my cohort and the service and atmosphere was amazing. The only thing that let this place down was the food,I heard one year the chicken was under cook however the meal we had was awful, I had the beef which tasted weird, the mashed potato was bumpy and undercooked. My friends steak was completely raw in the middle, you can even see it in the photo I took of the table. Over all had a good time.

Great service, lots of parking. Amazing location. Can have your photo shoots right in the park and come party after.Loved the decor.
