Great place cats treated like royalty, have used them several times, will continue to use them

Very happy. Genuine, as stress free as could be for puppy stayover. I'm considering taking the cats there if I need too. Nice separate cubby boarding.Booked a wash during his boarding and he walked out handsome and calm!Thanks Tim, Julia and Jess.Hint for first timers: bit tricky coming off the highway.Heading south from Taree, you'll see a huge pink number (15095 or something like that) tacked onto a treeb for the neighbours. PPR driveway is about 250m after that. Luckily, the neighbour's entrance (at the end of the line of trees) adds extra space to pull off the hwy.Heading north to Taree: the hwy is dual lane, no warnings - you'll drive past the resort (PPR) and take the next right to do your U-turn at a crossroads junction.When leaving PPR, everyone has to turn left; there's a RH turn soon after, on the hwy, at a crossroads junction, which allows you to turn North again. Just make sure you have lots of traffic space to get across lanes when you come out of PPR driveway ;)

We had our 1 1/2 year old border collie stay here for 3 nights about a year ago and come back extremely dirty, stinky and growly towards us.Unfortunately it was as though he hadn’t seen a human in the whole time we were gone and wasn’t treated well? We will never know what went on but I hope the quality of care has improved in recent years.

Arrow stayed here for 6 weeks whilst I went away for Christmas and he seemed to have loved it. I'm very happy with how he was looked after. He looked amazing and very happy and healthy. When I arrived, he was playing with one of the staff members and it took him a second to recognise me so he must have loved his stay. He had been showered and washed before I picked him up. Very happy with Pacific Pet Resort and would definitely recommend them.

dropped my dogs off at 9am thursday asked what time i can pick them up next day was told between 8 and 5 so picked them up at 10 am and was charged for another day was not told this would happen will not take them back

Very clean, well maintained gardens and kennels. Great staff.

Our two Jack Russell's have stayed on two occasions, totally enjoyed their stay, on the second drop off they didn't even turn to say goodbye tails wagging and off they charged. Definitely trust Pacific Pet Resort. Professional and very caring staff.

Very professional service in a convenient location if you are travelling. Our pooch was very happy when we picked her up. She had an indoor / outdoor room with exercise time as well. The price was very affordable too. Highly recommend Pacific Pet Resort. This was our first visit, and we will be back again.

If anything too good. Picked my dog Diesel up 3 days ago after a 5 night stay & he wasn't impressed with going home. The rates were very reasonable & the staff great. Definately will be using their services again when travelling north.

Great place to leave our beloved pet here on the way to Sydney. Friendly and experienced staff. Been a client for the last 6yrs. Leaving our pet with confidence that she'll be taken cared of really well.
