Justin was prompt and communicated with us when he had to make a change to the time of our appointment. We appreciated that he could tend to our computers in our home.He came to deal with a particular problem, but the visit evolved into successfully fixing a number of issues on both of our laptops. We now have a link that he can use to access our computers remotely which may mean that problems can be dealt with and advice provided even more quickly.Justin is professional and extremely competent. We are very lucky to have this level of service in a small community.
