George and Gus were wonderful to deal with - it is a family run business and it has a family feel to it. I am absolutely in love with our new bathroom and they made it all so easy.We were away at the time and so the progress photos and constant communication were a real added bonus.We also weren’t happy with something at the end and they worked to ensure it was sorted, and that we were happy with the finished product.I would say it’s good to have some sort of an idea of what you want, colour, how big you want the bath, what kind of vanity etc they aren’t mind readers but they will make it happen whatever you want!I would highly recommend the team at Origin bathrooms. After having to renovate due to a ceiling collapsing from Sydney rain we decided to renovate our relatively new bathrooms… never do a black bathroom dust everywhere!George helped us design and renovate 2 bathrooms. Our main ensuite and our tween daughters bathroom. Both blend together but also have their own individuality. The team were on time and on budget (even when discovering some crazy things behind the walls by the previous builder) Jamie who was here everyday coordinating everyone was fabulous making sure we were tracking to time and also managing my exacting standards. Could not recommend more highly!

Nice enough bunch of guys and show room was very nice, however bathroom reno took far too long (6 months) and I picked up far too many issues which I believe should have been picked up by the PM. Every time I raised an issue, I was made out to be petty and apparently within ‘5%’ of people who notice these issues. It is not my problem that other people cannot find fault in work, it is your responsibility to make sure they do not happen in the first place and if they do, take ownership and stop trying to wriggle out of doing anything about it.About 6 months after completion, our shower showed signs of black mould all around the shower silicon and grout nearby. I made contact with origin to see if they could rectify the issue. They did not and instead suggested I spray with vinegar/water…I followed up with 2 more emails which both have gone unanswered.Advise - ensure contract has a fixed term of completion. Some companies guarantee work is done in 3-4 weeks. Not 5-6 months!Wonder why there haven’t been any reviews for a while…

Would highly recommend Origin Bathrooms, from the initial design meeting at the showroom to the completion of the works was an easy, no stress experience. George & Gus are a great team and the quality of work they produce is absolutely outstanding. We had to postpone the works due to COVID and they managed to accommodate our timing as we had to move our during the renovations. Gus is super friendly and has a great eye for detail, down to him doing the final siliconing as he doesn't trust anyone else to do it. The bathroom was finished in 3 weeks, this was a complete demo and rebuild, which was great considering they had to limit the number of contractors due to COVID.

Our bathroom renovation project (2.5 bathrooms) was handled from start to finish by the expert crew at Origin Bathrooms. George helped us make good design decisions and choices for tiles and fittings - really listened to the look and price and priorities we were looking for. Gus managed delivery of the work so well - coordinating all the trades and always keeping us informed and managing through some issues with experience. Even once the project was complete, Gus returned to tweak a few things for us and we are really happy with the result. Highly recommmend trusting Origin bathrooms with your project.
