I took my grand daughters bike for a new tube , chain and bell . I was served by Jessica and as always was greeted with a smile and the service was great , left very happy as always .

They look like they've got a good range with decent prices, bit I wouldn't know and I was in there for about 10 mins - I might be invisible because the guy glued to the counter didn't even acknowledge me.I wouldn't expect to get help unless you're in there with a child in they know you.

Originally I had been dealing with a different 99 bikes Store, and after taking my bike in 3 times within a month over damaged baby seats I had enough and went to Springwood. Jess realised the issue straight away and ordered in a new seat that actually works. Had such a great experience here and will be returning for any of our biking needs.

Have been going here for a little while now, as I’ve gotten more into cycling, servicing my old mtb has always been great from the crew. I recently upgraded to a gravel bike to get more serious about riding. Had an issue with the bike after the first weekend, but Ted and Joe looked after me and got it back up to better than new. Highly recommend this place!

Good service from the guys there, made buying my daughters new bike very easy. They’re always happy to help even if you are just tire-kicking. More aimed at your entry and mid level rider, don’t have much higher end stuff but that could be due to covid demand.

Would give Jo at the Springwood Branch more stars if I could. Went in last minute shopping and as soon as I walked in he greeted me asking if I needed help.
