Mike and the team at F45 Enoggera are amazing. It’s an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome to train. No mirrors and no egos. The trainers care for their clients, they know everyones name and are invested in their fitness goals. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

A very big thank you to Mike and his team at F45 Enoggera for making us so welcome and introducing us to such a fun and invigorating program. We decided on a 10 day trial and were hooked from day 1. Gym work outs have always been a bit of a chore and I have never enjoyed classes - I used to joke at my old gym that the worst part of my day was walking in through the doors and the best part was walking out of them, pleased to have it over and done with. With F45 I actually look forward to it, love the challenge and very much appreciate the personable/professional assistance when needed.

Being new to Brisbane I thought joining a gym would be great for networking and building a sense of belonging, and I was right. I have made some great friends and love training there. It’s a great atmosphere and is extremely welcoming for all, no matter what age or fitness level. I love it. Thanks Mike and the gang!

Before I discovered F45 Enoggera, I had always struggled with feeling out of place and self-conscious at other gyms, especially in group classes. The team at F45 have fostered such a friendly, encouraging environment that for the first time ever I actually enjoy coming along for my 45 minute workout! The trainers genuinely care about everyone who attends and make sure that no one is left behind during classes. Being a smaller studio, it's a quality experience and feels more like a boutique gym with much more one-on-one assistance from the PTs than other larger gyms I've been too. Whether you're a gym junkie or just starting out, I highly recommend F45 Enoggera!

The team here at f45 Enoggera make getting out of bed early in the mornings so much easier! I look forward to going every day and it never feels like a chore. I always get a hard workout in and I never get bored as everyday is a different session and the coaches still make it fun. I had been debating for such a long time on whether or not to join and I wish I had just done it sooner! Absolutely would recommend this gym to anyone!!

After moving to the area it took a while to find a gym that was affordable and effective - F45 Enoggera is where I landed. The F45 model works but like any gym it is the people who make the difference. Michael and Em are friendly and knowledgeable trainers well suited to the wide variety of people with varied fitness levels who attend. After 3 months of classes I am happy with the results so far and I am certain that I will see more in the future. But don't take my word for it, come and see for yourself.

Great gym, supportive community and encouraging trainers. Did the 8 week challenge and lost weight whilst gaining muscle under their guidance. It's so convenient to show up, put the work in and be able to leave without planning or packing up a workout.If you are thinking of joining definitely recommend.

Great coaches, great vibe. Seriously good fun. Love how they push me but also give options to workouts to adapt to my needs.

I would like to begin by thanking Mike and the team at F45 Enoggera for making me feel so welcome and comfortable in a gym.For the last 5 years I have worked out in my home gym as I found community gyms overwhelming and intimidating. I struggled to build confidence in myself and was hesitant to exercise in front of other people.My first gym experience with F45 Enoggera has been one I will be forever thankful for. From the moment I stepped into this small gym that feels so personal, I felt at ease. This gym provides excellent classes run by trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. I now train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and other members who are so welcoming and encouraging a perfect workout environment.I love that the same group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! I am seeing results for sure and now have so much confidence in myself. Not only have I joined an amazing gym but I have also developed some amazing friendships with other members which I never would have done if I continued to train at home.If you are looking for a positive, encouraging and personal gym where you can work out and feel most comfortable, please do yourself a favour and join F45 Enoggera, you will not be disappointed.
