Self contained units, very clean with quiet and peaceful surrounding/environment.The kitchen is fully equipped - we do not to bring any utensils of our own.Super friendly and helpful staff/manager.I will definitely stay here again if and when I visit Albany again.

Fantastic accommodation, excellent service and great rates. Walking distance to the beach and cafes, these apartments are in such a wonderful spot in Middleton Beach. Couldn't fault the service, really friendly owners and a brilliant location. We will definitely be back.

we have only just arrived but from booking until arrival I have experienced nothing but a pleasant experience. I received an email a couple of days before leaving home, welcoming us and wishing a a safe journey. on arrival the owner was so lovely, outlining places on a map and offering other maps of interest and our unit is amazing. Lovely and clean and modern. The cost was so reasonable and information in our unit to some local must visits.

Nice rooms, was clean and the location is great. However the staff are awful. They were rude, aggressive and treated us like we did something wrong. They also demanded extra money even though our booking was correctly booked . Awful staff. I don't recommend this place to anyone If they want to have a good time. The staff really ruined our experience in Albany. We where only in the room for 2 nights and spent all day out.

Stayed here for 3 nights in March,2021. When booking, we were impressed by the reviews and our unit didn't disappoint. Very quiet,secure, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and parking right at the door.Very short walk to Middleton Beach. Spacious unit, little older style but very well maintained. If we had a criticism- a ceiling fan in the bedroom would be an advantage as we don't like sleeping with air-con running . Thank you for a great stay, we will be back.

Simple accommodation but lovely and clean, comfortable and warm. The owners are very friendly and the rates are economical. Having the Beach, 'Three Anchors' and Hooked nearby is a nice bonus. Would definitely come back.

Booked a 2 room unit for 4 nights. Free parking on site. Fuss free check in and out. Fully equipped kitchen to cook our meals. Few mins walk to Middleton beach and few mins drive to the town. The stay was awesome!
