Olivia was great. I set up a test ride at Chadstone easy enough on a Sunday morning. Olivia explained how it all worked. Showed me the differences in bike and bike+. It took me a while to think about it and Olivia wasn't pushy but kept in touch over the following months to let me know of promotions and the like. I just took delivery of my bike+ this morning and the purchase over the phone with Olivia was smooth and straight forward. Highly recommend purchasing with the help of Olivia (Chadstone but looks like she is also at Doncaster Westfield).

Olivia was an amazing salesperson. She took the time to answer all of pre prepared questions and a few we hadn't thought of. Would highly recommend buying from her. When we git home we got a welcome to the family email which made us feel great.

I saw Harrison for a Bike Fit today at the Doncaster Peloton - Harrison was super friendly and explained the whole process very well. He was very knowledgeable and I feel his adjustments to my fit will vastly improve my time on the bike. An absolutely great experience!

Highly recommend getting a bike fitting with Harrison and his team. They were so kind and patient going through the process. If you don’t have a peloton you need to get one - highly recommend Peloton Doncaster.

We first started looking at getting a Peloton in Sydney with Brendan who was very helpful - but at the time we were living in Tasmania and couldn’t get one shipped there. We moved to Melbourne 3 months ago and couldn’t wait to get a Peloton straight away, and went in knowing we were going to buy one. Nevertheless Thavisha from Westfield Doncaster was very helpful and wonderful to work with, and we had our bike delivered by Mark and he was amazing!Very happy customer!
