I always go late to shops because of work and training. I usually go Hurtsville but Oatley has great customer service, even when a staff member was off shift she was still courteous.One thing which could be improved is the produce. It's a small store but the produce wasn't as fresh and were half filled. 5 stars purely because of customer service.

Staff are really lovely and helpful, always, cant fault them, some of the nicest supermarket staff I have encountered anywhere, seem genuinely happy to help the customers. Parking is a bit scary with the constant dumping of cars in the carpark, but that is no fault of the supermarket itself.

Parkin B needs upgrading and ramp to shops needs to be looked as it ca. be dangerous with trolleys coming down unsighted. Cars being abandoned or parked illegally. Trolleys collected regularly from car park. Lighting to be improved

Shop itself was fine but parking is hard to find when shops a busy, overall was a good place to shop.
