Rented with airhosty. 1 positive is they dont do unnecessary inspections but they tried to find any excuse to take money from the bond when I left .Even lying that there was a law requiring me to do a professional carpet clean when leaving. Very dodgy and unprofessional behaviour. Even tho they acknowledged that I left the rental in better shape then they have it to me they still attempted to find issues that I never created so as not to give bond back. I also saw they took a rusted toilet bin from the communal rubbish and put it in the apartment for next occupents that day lol Beware.EDIT: the person I liaised with was Ian. Definitely the right place and you know it.

We rented our unit through Airhosty at Ultimo. Ms Xiong and the team are excellent. They are very prompt in their responses. Very professional approach. They are very detailed in their condition report, which is good as it helps avoid any issues for both owners and tenants at a later stage. I had a very smooth moving in and moving out experience.Definitely Recommended.I’m very grateful to Ms Xiong provide after-sales support to customers, manage complaint handling, refund requests and other feedback.

Worst experience i would never suggest anyone to rent a property from them…..

SHOP OF HARASSMENT...! Don't ever trust them. They would manipulate you in every way they can.

I would recommend this company without hesitation to any friend that asked.They have now managed a property for me for nearly a year, and Airhosty has done it better and far more capably than my previous two managers.When the staff inspected the property, they provided detailed helpful suggestions. The onboarding process was seamless, and you have insight into all the backend stuff.The after-sales are impressive. I know some agents will disappear" after they start to manage the owner's property. Always let the owner to "send email" on "working hours".Iris Xiong and her customer service team are experienced. Communication - at any time of day or night - has been easy. They note to guests are responsive and quick. Even about my complaint

I pretty like the decoration of this apt. And the room is clean and new, I will come to book the room again.

Excellent team and work! I am really impressed with Allen and his team from our first engagement meeting. Their knowledge of the property industry is clear and they treated me with courtesy and respect throughout every step of the process. Return on my properties is great and I believe what they are doing will benefit all the landlords. Highly recommend.
