Never used a dry cleaning service before but when my doona needed serious cleaning, saw that this place seemed alright. Decided to call up and get a quote. Lady was very nice on the phone. :)The quote on the phone was a bit different from what I actually paid, but didn't mind much since I asked for blanket cleaning and it was actually a doona and I just wanted the thing taken cared of. Was supposed to pick it up three days later but they cleaned it again to try to remove a stain -which I thought was very nice - so I picked it up another few days later.Then needed a pair of flared pants altered. Got them back today and I'm so happy with the result. Got them hemmed up for $20 and I can finally actually wear them. The flare kept shape and the stitching is neat.Would recommend this place. The lady is very nice - great customer service.Just found my local dry cleaners and alterations. Will be visiting again. :D

Two damaged items - never going back. They accused me of damaging my own items rather than acknowledging they are at fault. Two damaged items, not just one! Both of which were dropped off at the same time with no damage on them. I don’t see that being a coincidence. Very disappointed with the service.

Please check your clothes once you pick them up, my husband's suit wasn't cleaned at all and they lost his tie. After going back to complain they promised that they will clean it again". Picked up the suit and it was not cleaned again! Instead

RUINED MY MY CHILD BLAZER I PAID $280 FOR THE BLAZER IT CAME IN WITH A STAIN ON THE SLEEVE AND I PICKED IT UP WITH A TEAR IN THE SLEEVE SEAM !! IF I COULD GIVE IT -10 I WOULD! DISGUSTING

I put in about 10 items. None of them actually got cleaned or pressed. Be careful going here, on inspection, there were still same stains and it just looked like they hung the clothes on a hanger and covered with plastic. Big rip off. They are scammers
