I had the worst experience with SLK, specifically with Sarah. I wouldn't recommend using them at all. Awful communication; no one was ever there to answer the phone and you would always have to leave a message with the answering machine.She took little care of us when we needed her assistance and when you're paying a good rate for their service, you'd expect more care.I wrote an email complaint to her and cc'd in management and didn't even get a response. Absolutely disgusting.You should be ashamed that you're exorting people.
