I came into CC to get a half head of foils and root stretch, done by Georgia. I am extremely happy with the results. She listened to my concerns and was thoughtful and confident. I have very fine hair but a lot of it so I am very impressed she was able to get it right; a lot of salons in Launceston cannot. As I have recently moved from Melbourne and having Edwards and Co as my go to salon, the quality and expertise she demonstrated is outstanding. She also guided the apprentices with care and knowledge. Thank you, Georgia.

Had an appointment at 2pm arrived 5 minutes early, they seated me about 15 minutes later someone showed up to wash my hair. They have me a “head massage” which felt like they lost their contact lenses in my hair.. very rough, then they seated me again. The person I had the appointment with took another 40 minutes to show up. Finally began the hair cut which took all of 10 minutes and they charged me $66! The entire thing took just over and hour and the haircut wasn’t what I asked for wouldn’t go back

recently had the pleasure of running into the owner of this salon. for some reason thinks he’s the mayor of Launceston also threatened to slash my tyres when I was parking somewhere, he for some reason thinks he monitors. never had anything to do with him prior to this. small world especially in Launnie. 0/10 Rob Matthews.

I booked in to just get a hair cut - Dry trim. Didn’t ask for a wash or styling or anything. Expected to only pay $50-60 for a dry cut but when i went there they washed my hair and styled it - which i didn’t want because i knew it would cost more. I obliged thinking it would only be 10-15 more or something. Ended up charging me $95 for just layers in my hair. Can barely see the layers and they trimmed my bangs wonky. The staff is lovely and very accommodating but probably wouldn’t go here again.
