This place is now starting its third generation to keep the business running. Rod has now become a friend, more than just my local repairer. He takes time to listen and follows up to make sure your happy with the work that has been completed. With competition popping up, completing 40 cars a day, pressured by insurance companies to get the work done for as cheap as possible, it is great to find a place that has a community feel about it. Once you meet the team at RSR you will understand from the first smile that you will walk away happy. Highly recommend and my only preferred smash repairer. Here is a simple example of their support. It was the left rear door of my car which hit a pillar of my carport and the door was disaligned. I went to RSR randomly after looking at their review which was good. They fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes using an old school method - 'muscle power' to put the door back to its original alignment! Fantastic job guys! I was even more impressed that they didn't charge me anything. Rare thing to happen these days! I will definitely visit RSR in future if I have any problems with my car. Thank you RSR team!

Insurance claim job for a car repair. Other party used this company. They company contacted us and was very pushy on the phone for us to use their service.Took 5 stupid months to get it repaired. They didn’t have all the parts. They refused to return the car while waiting for the parts. Use silly excuses to keep the car. No compensation. No car hire. Poor customer service. Poor work ethics. Took advantaged of an unknowledgeable customer.Never recommend again. Mechanics or services that take advantage of the naive customers have poor work ethics. Unhelpful and all about the money. All of them need to get a life.

Very Happy with the service I received, from the very first phone call to book my car in to be repaired I was greeted with awesome customer service everything was simple communication was on point and the work carried out on the repair to my BT50 I am very happy with.
