Dr John Rusli is the most patient doctor I've ever met! She explained to me the whole time I was having the ultrasound done, and the screen the clinic provides to patients is great so I can see what's in my stomach too, even though I can't really understand it lol! Very good experience! ☺️☺️

I had no problems at all with reception or staff. I called in advance and asked if 2 people could come in to the ultrasound and they were fine with it. I went here for my 12 week ultrasound, the lady was super nice and explained everything she saw in great detail and tried her very hardest to get a good profile shot (which she managed). Everywhere else I’ve has been in and out - St George public are so busy they didn’t have time to get a good check of my 28 week scan and left it as inconclusive. Calling to book my 34 week here again.

I recently had a CT scan done at this facility, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the technician who performed my scan, Solomon was absolutely amazing - he was kind, gentle, and very professional throughout the entire process. Not only that, but he had a great sense of humor that really put me at ease and helped to make the whole thing feel less stressful. It really helped to distract me from what could have been a very stressful situation.Overall, I would highly recommend this technician in particular. What I didn’t mention in our little chat was that quite a few people have not picked up on any of the things you did. I was not getting any answers which is incredibly frustrating, so truly- thank you.I feel lucky to have had him take care of me during my scan. Thank you so much for making a potentially scary experience feel so comfortable as possible.

Took my 6 year old for a X-ray, got there just after 4:30, the receptionist was lovely and said we could still get it done, the radiologist was great with her as well. Thank you both.

I had an excellent experience despite needing a pregnancy ultrasound short notice due to being in a car accident. The team were very sympathetic and went above and beyond, doing the ultrasound during lunch break. The ultrasound itself was very thorough and immediately reassuring. I am so grateful for the care I received.

Had an ultrasound today and staff were very helpful and friendly.Fiona stood out. She loves her job and was super nice. She's a keeper.

Terrible experience - would happily give zero stars or negative stars if it were available! I called to request an appointment for my 3 year old daughter. I told the receptionist that I'd like to bring her to have a chest x-ray due to suspected pneumonia. The receptionist told me that I don't need an appointment and can just turn up - no mention of needing a COVID test. When I got there, the first thing the man who approached us asked me was whether I had a COVID test and the result of it, to which I said no. The manager asked me the same thing, and then refused to see my daughter and turned us away. Not sure why they need a negative COVID test result to see a young child when restrictions in NSW were lifted on 15 Dec, but if they do then why not tell people when they call to book to an appointment rather than turning people away at the door. This is supposed to be a place of care but there's no duty of care or compassion.
