T Shine Case - Phone Repair Garden City

These guys just clean my phone and it is perfect! Really friendly and efficient!

Warranties are deceptive, and warranty repairs will be rejected for various reasons. I repaired my iphone screen here and within 3 months, the screen started to flicker.

Went to get a screen for my phone. Didn't seem like it was the correct one, so I told it was a fraction too big. Said it was right so I got her to fit it. She realised it was the wrong one and started sneakily look for me. She then started putting glue to which I was not happy about. Glue didn't seem to work as the edges wouldn't seal properly . Unhappy they put glue on my brand new phone when even I knew it wasn't going to be right. They are the experts.

Bad customer service ive shopped here in the past been ok today was so bad 4/8/22 I went to see if I can get my protector screen replaced before I agreed to get any work done one of the ladies started taking the old screen off when the said they had to have a look if the had any in stock they tried to offer cheap film stuff i said no when lady gave the fine back the screen was more missed up cause she started peeling it of I had a moan about how they gave it back wanted to know why they did that they started blaming me and said call the 000 number if I wanted to do anything ppl do not shop at T Shine as they don't give a stuff about customers concerns and don't want a bar of any thing they done wrong

Customer service was amazing and the ladies were a great help in picking my case and screen protector. Absolutely love it ❤️

I just got a Nintendo switch and wanted to protect the screen, the team at T Shine Case where so professional and knew exactly the product I needed to protect my games screen.I was so happy and it was applied really well, no bubbles or marked, it looks even better then when I pulled it out of the box.I will definately be coming back again, the service is fast, friendly and simply put the best at what they do. I don't think there is a better screen protection shop in the whole of garden city.

Such a well behaved, skilful and kind young man. Spent half an hour on my phone and didn’t even charge me a penny. My sim tray was jammed and four other repairers were unable to fix that. This guy made that happen and for free! I willstrongly recommend this place.

Great service, efficient and friendly, and fixed my iPad issues on the spot (while another shop had quoted more and 3 days to repair). Highly recommend!
