Rose Bay Medical Practice

I've come here with my family since my 3.5 year old was born. We have had the best care and they will always squeeze you in for an appointment. We have our regular doctor at the practice but all of the doctors are amazing and will see us when we can't get in with our regular practitioner. My second son has asthma and they were phenomenal with him on a few occasions when we had to rush him in whilst having an attack. I can't speak more highly of the team and the office staff are extremely friendly as well.

Extremely unprofessional. Lost my partner's blood results, cancelled a consultation ten minutes before, wrote out unnecessary prescriptions or several occasions, didn't take symptoms seriously and the space is messy and chaotic. Do not recommend.

I have been going to Rose Bay Medical Practice now for almost 27 years and have never been disappointed by any of the doctors. Whilst I am primarily a patient of Sylvia Terkasher I had for quite some time been looked after by Stan Jacobson but have also been treated by Shaun Segal and Nicole James.I can categorically state without doubt that I have always been well looked after with no stone unturned in my treatment and follow up.The girls at front desk led by Zilla are very efficient and polite.

Words can’t describe my appreciation for the service and treatment by the doctors and support staff over the past 35 years in which I have been a patient at this practiceNicole James & Patrick Wong who have just joined the team, even if they have only met you the first time, take the time to read your medical history and ask how can they help in the time that they have with each patient. They would rather ensure you are happy with the diagnosis and treatment plan rather than just looking at the clock .In particular my heartfelt respect and appreciation goes to Dr Terkasher. She takes the time to thoroughly examine you and gets to the bottom of the illness and subsequent issues and has always referred me to the very best specialists in the area of medicine related to the particular issue.

I wholeheartedly endorse the comments made by Marilyn Jankelovitz who I do not know.All Drs are caring and take a genuine interest in patients. I have been a patient for many years along with my children and grandchildren and the staff put up with a lot always with a cool head.I appreciate you all. Thanks

Rosebay medical practice has cared for my family for the past 20 years. The doctors are dedicated and experienced and have always been there for us. Thank you Dr Jacobson, Dr Wong, Dr Gordon and Dr Terkasher. The reception staff have such a busy and difficult job and I would like to commend them. Yvonne, Zila and Rivki you spend hours with us making appointments following up results, making sure that everything runs smoothly and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are incredible. Yvonne you deal with so much pressure and you are always so kind and caring and friendly. Zila you know everything. And Rivki we love you.

I came for consultation and minor surgery with Dr. Terkasher and Dr. Segal. Both helped me with any question that I had and provided thorough and honest advise. The medical staff followed up with me on all of the test results and the reception team are kind and helpful. Overall I'm super happy with the clinic and feel that I can fully trust them!

My family and I have been attending Rose Bay Medical Practice for many many years. I'd like to thank all the doctors and reception staff for always being professional, caring, efficient, patient and friendly. You run an amazing medical service. We HIGHLY recommend :)

The receptionist has the worst attitude and is extremely rude. Never before have I ever encountered such an attitude. I had a mask thrown at me , eyes rolled at me, and blood test thrown at me from the other side of the desk . Extremely unprofessional Yvonne maybe you should have sone training on how to treat people who pay your salary .
