PACK & SEND Boronia

Edit: I am making an addendum to my first review. I would like to note that after a follow up from Pack & Send Boronia, I had a delightful experience. They offered to redeliver the failed delivery previously made by TOLL and delivered it promptly, while making sure to keep me informed. The whole experience, including the conversation with the customer contact, was a joy. My previous review can be essentially ignored. Keep up the good work.Customer service over the phone is concise and to the point. However

This is the second time I've used Pack & Send in Boronia to send items to Europe. Cameron has always been so very helpful and informative about the logistics. His customer service is outstanding and I highly recommend.

I got a quote from these guys today, after hearing the price I shopped around. Couriers please offered a better service and included insurance for $130 cheaper than these guys…. Definitely shop around before going with pack & send.

THE WEEK BEFORE XMAS... Sent parcels from Boronia outlet to Adelaide and Maroochydore .Absolutely fantastic service at both ends of the process, fantastic communication all the way and very quick turnaround on delivery time. Loved that parking is available out the front - handy with lots to carry. Will definitely be recommending and using this service again. Thanks for the great service Pack & Send.

Outstanding and professional service from the get go. Australia Post failed to deliver my care package to my 95 year old grandmother overseas. Staff at Boronia branch repackaged my care package and took all the hard work out. Tracking is updated every hour. Australia Post is not the cheapest option. I was very surprised at the reasonable price I was quoted here. You will not be disappointed at all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Outstanding customer service from the get go! Reasonable pricing compared to Australia Post and what i love is, you are given an hourly update on your tracking. Very friendly staff. Website very good, user friendly and transparent. This is my first time using the services, I'm shipping skincare products overseas, fully packed and wrapped. Im using pack and drop to the centre, meaning self-packed, using online booking print your labels and drop your package to the center. But I am surprised when asked to open the box including the nicely wrapped gifts. I was told it is to show to the driver about the contents! since I am already filled in customs clearance forms correctly.. so one of my gift order is all messed up. Hopefully they will wrap back the gift exactly the same. I am not sure if my customer will be happy receiving a ruined package gift and will be still continue buying products from me in the future.

First the phone call and today's actual sending of urgent documents to Croatia was done fast and professional! Thank you Cameron for organising and explaining the process! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Cameron at Boronia. Helped me out with an important and fragile delivery from VIC to QLD. I rang around a few other companies who were not so helpful or pleasant. Cameron went above and beyond to get my job sorted on time and in perfect condition on arrival. I would give this business 10 stars **********
