Has to be the nicest laundromat Ive come across. Clean and neat, good assortment of machines and two sized dryers too. Change machine omg perfect, no more chasing change yay. The seating is a little feral but clean, not a deal-breaker. Rather quiet part of the centre, but a little hard to spot the first time. Parking is plentiful and close to Coles if you need groceries etc, takeaway food or snacks everywhere.

Came here for the first time today and another customer was smoking inside the coin laundry. Called the owners as a courtesy as the sign says to call if there were any problems and they asked me to tell him to stop because they weren't going to come to the shop. No thank you. Although it should be common sense for people not to smoke indoors but perhaps its worth to put up signs that say no smoking. But I won't be back.

I can say that it is fairly-priced but shop could do a bit more presentation, make it a bit more welcoming and comfortable for customers.

All the machines are new, so efficient and work fantastically. So neat and clean. Can change money, buy powder, folding benches and seats. Long opening hours and very cost effective. Absolutely recommend HK Laundromat Carrum Downs.
