My wife went into Sapphires for a cut with Crystal. This salon was fantastic. My wife suffers severe anxiety and almost didn’t make the appointment, but went in teary-eyed and anxious. Crystal was welcoming and friendly right from the start. I could see my wife physically relax and enjoy the wash, cut and straighten. And the end result was gorgeous. She did an amazing job and I couldn’t recommend her skills and persona enough.Thank you so very much Crystal for making my beautiful wife so comfortable in a situation she dreads.
