I purchased a vaccuum here and was served by Courtney who was very knowledgeable about the products. She was friendly and assisted me to not only choose the right vaccuum but also the extras including bags and floor cleaning products also. I am extremely happy with my Sauber Pro Pets vaccuum and the powerhead means it takes me half the time to clean my floors. The price, the service and the warranty are definitely good value.

I did a click and collect from this store and Chris phoned from the store advising my steam mop was ready to collect. I do alot of click and collects and this was the 1st time someone called. Chris has outstanding customer service skills and was also very knowledgeable about the products at Godfreys. It was a real pleasure to deal with the team at Godfreys at Narellan. It was great to receive a nice welcome and a smile from you all.
