Recommended.I have only used this service once: they were excellent! They were the one place I could find in Hobart that would repair a microwave oven - which they did competently and promptly.

Even though my monitor didn't warrant a repair, the folks here were polite, explained themselves well and I happily left with my unfortunately damaged screen. I'd go back to them, they are honest and professional.

I called to make a TV repair enquiry. From the first moment the man started speaking to me, his tone was so rude and blunt which made me feel uncomfortable and like they didn’t want my business. Will just go elsewhere if that is how you treat your customers.

Rude abrut and have no manners. The loosely call women on the phones grunts sighs tuts and breaths heavily down the phone. I honestly think she is the rudest person in customer service. I rang back to ask to speak to her manager and her answer was bluntly you deal with me. What do you want anyway. I said that I wanted to talk to him and about my service because I don't feel like going ahead with them. Her answer was well don't and hung up. I have and will anyone I know.
