Dean Hamilton is a great operator who gets results!Dean is very friendly and easy to engage with. A real people person. Right from the start, Dean took the time to understand our situation and provide us with excellent advice about how to prepare our property for sale to maximise the price in the time frame we needed it. Dean is also a real doer. He took immediate action coordinating various trades people to do work we required to present the house in its best light for potential buyers. Dean was also very good at building interest in the property and was willing to follow up and engage with potential buyers as many times as required. One group of buyers rang Dean constantly over the 4 weeks campaign, and nothing was ever too much trouble, answering questions and giving all parties the facts to move forward with in the selling/buying process. Great Agent! Simon was very easy to deal with. He is not a high pressure salesman, which we appreciated. I had done a lot of research and asked Simon lots of questions. One of my tests was how he reacted to this and he was great. I even asked him to give some examples of his negotiating skills and he happily gave us 3 examples where he had worked hard for the seller. He kept in contact with us before listing and then during the open homes and dealing with the buyer. He was great.

Having just gone through the process of selling a property through LJ Hooker Stafford, I can honestly say that I am blown away by the professionalism, excellent communication and help at every step through the sale that Adam, Lucy and the rest of the LJ Hooker team have shown.
