Ben restored 2 watches for my wife and myself. They are oakley timebomb watches - very complex timepieces that were badly scratched and were not charging. Ben repaired and restored both watches to a standard that I did not think was possible. Amazing work and very professional. Cheers

Ben quickly diagnosed and repaired my trusty Marine Star while I waited. His workshop and skills are clearly focused on more valuable watches than mine. The price he charged me was incredibly fair and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any watch repairs.

Ben Birkett was recommended to me after Daniel Vogt attempted to repair my IWC Mark 12. While Ben couldn't repair my watch because of the previous watchmakers negligence, Ben and Oliver have been nothing but open, honest and helpful, and all without any charge. For those with an antique clock, pocket watch or Swiss watch to repair, they should take it to Ben Birkett and no-one else.

I brought in a 100-year old Swiss-made pocket watch heirloom which had not been working for quite a few years into Birkett Watches. The watch was fixed on the spot after a number of adjustments with a good explanation by Ben about the watch and the adjustments made. I was very impressed with the prompt service and attention to detail that I received and highly recommend Birkett Watches. Furthermore after attempting to pay, Ben wouldn’t accept any money for the time and work performed. Lucky find for me with a gem of a service.

Ben Birkett was recommended to me as I needed a dial leg repair on my mid '80s Omega De Ville. I'd purchased this watch in 1985, whilst still in high school, so it holds sentimental value for me. It hadn't run since 1990.Ben was able to repair the two broken dial legs and get my old watch up and running a few weeks ago. Its still running perfectly. Thanks Ben for your expert work!Since then I have been in for a few other simple jobs and Ben and his trusty sidekick, Oliver have been fantastic. Great work, top advice, and good converation. I dropped my Seiko automatic off as it had completely seized up and was over 40 years old. I was hoping to get it fixed before Xmas, but he managed to turn it around within a week, and the watch looked amazing. And it was so good to see it working better than I had ever seen it as it was my fathers.Great, prompt, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be taking more of my watches there.

Fantastic service from Ben at Birkett Watches! What more can I say? I searched ADELAIDE and beyond to find a watchmaker to lovingly repair my beloved Longines 18ct gold watch bought in Switzerland in 1989. It’s the kind of heirloom you pass down the generations! It took a while for Ben to do a world wide trace for the parts but his persistence paid off as he knew how much I wanted the watch back in working order. Many other watchmakers would have given up this quest... only to return my beloved Longines.. with ‘I’m sorry ..it can’t be repaired’ but Ben didn’t give up! I highly recommend you take your watch into Birkett watches even if it is for a new battery or a clean but if you need something more complicated like I did, Ben is your man!Thank you from the bottom of my heart Ben!
