Poor service or not enough people on the floor. Stood there for ages and had to fine someone.There was plenty of customer's in there.Don't want to give a bad rating but was just annoyed with the service as was some of the people I spoke too.

Best customer service in town. The staff here actually like their jobs and want to help me! I shop here on a regular basics and always leave wishing all retail shops in Mackay has as good as customer service as Rebel. I am always greeted with a smile and more than one staff member always ask if I need assistance. Can not fault their service and experience, and would highly recommended this business.

Nice Store. Personnel were busy but attentive. Unfortunately, we found only one of the shoes we were looking for. Anyway it was good to have a look of the offers and purchasing the needed.

Just want to write a review on the customer service. I was after a product that was out of stock insore. I spoke to Luke on the phone he then served me in store where my product was ordered and delivered to my home. I work in customer service and know how busy and stressful this time of year is. Luke's was great top customer service and so helpful.

I was served by Michelle in the shoe section of the store. She was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, guided me to the best shoes for my needs. She was patient and made me feel more important than just another customer. I wore new shoes today and was over the moon with my purchase. Some people don't realise that with times tough these days I'd been putting off this purchase for more than 6 months and after trying to research online I felt like it was going to be so difficult but it wasn't. Anyone reading this go and see Michelle at rebel, she's unreal and I can't thank her enough. Buying all my families shoes off her and only her from now on. Cheers

Great customer service, staff member who served my husband had great product knowledge ( apparently she has worked there 3 yrs). She had great advice which help my husband decide which shoes to purchase.
