Although the Chicken burger was good, for $40.00, I should expect the fries to be fresh not soggy and aioli included in the meal as that is what I had paid for. Maybe an exceptable mistake for one meal, but for two, c'mon. A caution to anyone ordering take-away one hour before closing.

First time visiting yesterday after my 3.5yo newly diagnosed as coeliac. Thank you for being totally GF and providing a safe place for us to eat! Food was absolutely delicious and loved the relaxed vibes.

Food is Gluten Free.....yay!My Coeliac friend ordered Sticky BBQ Chicken Wings & chips. They were yum!!I ordered the platter of Blue Stilton cheese & Quince paste with pickled baby gerkins. Delicious & the crackers were G/F.Beers are NOT G/F.Cider IS G/FLovely lunch! Thank you guys for a great experience. We will be back!

Absolutely love coming to Ed’s ! Ed himself is a great guy; he always greets us with a smile and a joke.I always order the regular chicken. It comes with fries, slaw and cornichons. Though I always ask for extra cornichons, as they are my favourite.The slaw is made in house so it’s always fresh, has a nice balance of sweetness, crunch and tang. The chicken itself is coated in a nice blend of spices and is cooked to perfection. Every time I come here, it’s always consistent, tasty and filling.I would most definitely recommend coming to Ed’s whether it’s for food or just to have a drink.

We were so impressed and so appreciative to find the most amazing gluten free fried chicken this side of anywhere! Great wine and beer selection - mixed drinks as well. I noticed that there are milkshakes that can be made lactose free - I may try that next. The mac-n-cheese at the table next to us looked so good as well. The staff there are funny and kind and we felt so welcomed to be there. Sitting by the wood fireplace was the perfect touch on a cold, windy day. Thank you Ed's Kitchen! <3 xoxo
