The portion size is enormous. Go here if you are more than hungry!Their cakes are nice, but one slice is double the normal size, and more than enough to share between two. Mocha was light flavour, chai latte was very weak, and mostly milk flavour. Room for improvement with these two. Our order was messed up as it was quite busy so we received two slices of cake yet one was a different flavour to the one we had selected. I'll have to try the quince and almond cake next time. The cafe itself is located in a pleasant and sunny spot out the back behind the row of shops along the main road. The table service by the older staff was top notch.

Tucked away off the Main Street this is a beautiful like place to eat in or takeaway. The coffee is perfectly made and the corned beef sandwich was so delicious, I loved it and just cannot fault a thing.

We love this hidden gem in Braidwood. Today my husband got my son's order wrong, and the staff were so nice that they offered us the right bowl to take away - on top of our already delicious meal! Can't recommend enough, dhal, soupe, burgers, and cakes to die for!

A nice cafe with a little courtyard which is completely away from the traffic. If the weather wasn’t so cold, I definitely would have sat in the courtyard instead.The scones were soft inside and kinda crispy outside with a generous amount of blueberry jam spread inside and a lot of whipped cream.They are also very generous with the mushroom dish, there were a lot of yummy mushrooms. The staff were nice and friendly.

We went there at lunch time around 12 and we asked for the menu and a table for 2. Then the response was they only can serve coffee and cake at the time. And we ordered coffee and a scone which was good. But all the people who came before and after us were having lunch and other food items. They clearly must have some kind of policy as not serve people from different cultural backgrounds and accept it.

So glad we happened upon this place; serene outdoor seating and DELICIOUS food and coffee. Serving size was remarkable and reasonably priced. We had the Reuben and the Bahn Mi. We left very full and happy. Highly recommend!

Braidwood has some truly spectacular cafes and one of our favourites is Vanilla. My father in law recommended it to me and it is well worth a visit. Lovely fresh produce made for a divine breakfast with friends. Highly recommended.

Amazing fresh sandwiches and the best coffee, I ate outside in the sheltered cottage garden it was extremely relaxing. A hidden gem well worth finding.
