They listened and asked the right questions to form a profile and then they focused on finding properties in my brief. Their feedback was honest, practical and supportive when looking at my real estate goals. They researched, reached out to their contacts, and knew the market. When we found something I could see myself in, they were amazing. They were very proactive in viewing the properties I liked, recommended others, came with me to the inspections, and were the intermediaries between me and the RE agents. Oli and Rich bring a whole new level of respect to this process. When RE agents see you with Oli and Rich there is a next level of due regard and attentiveness from agents. We had a meeting with the strata expert to explain the ups and downs of strata (I was downsizing to an apartment), research that was presented and explained in a report and professional management of the real estate agent on my behalf, all of which moved the project ahead promptly. I was included through fantastic collaborative communications and as a team. They made an offer with all the ducks lined up. They professionally and expertly read the market, vendor and real estate agent to put an offer that was accepted. So smooth, so easy, no more internet and Saturday hunting, no dealing with RE agents. Rich and Oli did everything.In our first meeting, both explained that to use a Property Buyer would actually save me money, and to my surprise and delight, it did, surpassing my expectations. For anybody who is also looking for a buyers agent, my partner and I went with Rich and Oli at Lumin Property Buyers. They are lovely people, super professional, reasonably priced, and got us a home that we simply could not have bought on our own. They helped us avoid getting bid up when there was another interested, cashed-up buyer. This easily saved us much more than the cost of their services. Our only regret is that we were able to buy with them so quickly (within two weeks of signing the agency agreement), and we enjoyed working with them so much that it was (almost) over too soon!
