Never buy from this company!! The are thieves as they stole my money!! I bought fuel injectors and took my car to a professional place for installation. Turns out the injectors will not be suitable as they’re cheap Chinese and leak.After telling them this problem, they said to return it and will refund my money. So I returned it (paid for postage again) and they DIDNT REFUND MY MONEY. They stopped replying all together.So now I’ve paid for fuel injectors and postage twice but I have absolutely nothing.

Crooks. They lie about parts being in stock on ebay, then admit they are waiitng on the items coming from their supplier. Slow to ship. Poor communication.A dishonest buiness. Avoid at all costs.

Thanks to the PEC team for repairing my Mazda 3 TCM. Although the exchange process took quite a while (a week longer than estimated, 3 weeks total), the repair did elimate the issues I had with my TCM / transmission - costing half as much as dealership. Thanks to Brendon and Kate for all the quick responses to my email queries. In future, it would be great to see automated order updates on the website or via email.

This is the worst company I have ever deal with ..I have ordered one item via kogan and the item never reached my place more tha. 20 days ..what a joke .. no product and no refund .. I am not sure why kogan is dealing with this type of dodge company.. never ever buy anything from PEC and kogan ..

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Worst company I’ve had dealt with, purchased a product from them as it was in stock? Now they’re saying it’s not in stock and they are waiting for this to arrive into the warehouse. It’s been 2 months and we have been getting no where with the conversation. They beat around the bush and make up excuses to make you happy. I’ve since sent an email back asking for a refund as I want to go somewhere else but they seem to avoid that question?DO NOT PURCHASE. Look elsewhere before purchasing from these guys.

Just a garbage place . Sent a coded major part for repair . They promised the world , clearly couldn’t do it or outsourced it , when if dragged on the guy blocked my phone calls. Hilariously terrible business just awful . One star is so severely generous .

On 3 December 2021, I sent a Signal Acquisition Module to PEC Australia for repair in response to an eBay advertisement of theirs that promised a 1.5-2 week turnaround. The due return date was given by eBay as 21 December.According to the eBay ad, the repaired unit would be Not just reconditioned. Tested to work like new part!"

Owner lies to you about items they have and when they posted them. This is a very bad operator that is quick to service until purchase time then vanishes and can only come up with poor excuses. They sell imitation parts and not Bosch as advertised. This business is not trust worthy

VOR. Called and was told express courier included in price…. Made purchase then it was sent PostTook days to arrive.Poor customer service, expensive considering delays. Would not recommend unless last resort
