Asked for quarter chicken with a wing - given leg which I didn't eat.Chips are salty, forgot they no longer use chicken salt also gave up eating this after a couple. Crispy chicken was good.Carpark has a car swallowing sized pothole, not worth the visit.Staff looked happy.

I went to a drive thru today, and my order is missing. Please check your order guys when you stop to this place before living. And last time i order regular fried chicken and they give me extra hot instead of regular fried chicken.

Food was great staff cooking did a fast efficient job. Two female staff were rude and unprofessional. After being emailed an offer on a deal that you pick up in store I placed my order pushed collection button and entered the store. When I asked for my order the two dark haired females could not locate my order then finally managed not before telling me I need toPush a button I did and firmly saying I had not . They then commented to each other loudly “ they hate online orders “why bother “ “at least push the collect button” “yeah it means they aren’t waiting longer” “it’s not that hard” “the system is just stupid” ect it went on for at least 5 minutes all the while the kitchen staff worked hard at my order. It was extremely unprofessional and very rude and unhelpful. Bad management for this to be said loudly in front of a customer . First bad review I’ve ever made not one to comment but as it was Mother’s Day lunch treat for me to enjoy the hassle free nature I felt I should comment

Open Again! May23. Improving. Had 2 meals from there now, both good. 1 out of 3 orders they didn't give me the chicken cut I asked for. Drive through staff need more experience so don't be afraid to ask your order to be read back. Please ask the staff to re-play clearly and slowly, your order, stops all the pain right there.

I haven't had red rooster for years. I thought give it a go last night for dinner, and I was promptly reminded why I haven't had it for year. Absolutely discusting dried up chicken and vegetables and so salty. It will be avoided for a long time to come.

Not good, stood at counter awhile to order as I don't order online or from machines, a male took awhile to acknowledge I was there although he was trying to serve drive thru as well as front counter, there were females cooking madly in the back of shop. Staff looked very stressed unable to cope. When finally receiving my chicken wrap & chips chicken pieces were not hot, chips were half cooked not crunchy pasty infact not appetising at all. My first time would not return. Also massive pot holes in driveway. Inside restaurant is very plain bland and unappealing.

Dining-in is still not available, they even removed the male/female signs on the toilet doors. Service is so slow, you're better off walking in to check out the menu, go back into your car and drive-thru (since they prioritise drive-thru customers, and do not offer dine-in).I got a Red's box - comes with a chicken burger and a piece of chicken with fries, mash and gravy and drink. The one piece of chicken I expected did not quite turn out to be. I got a wing piece, but like an undersized chicken's wing!! It was pathetic. The restaurant and kitchen was a messy dirty place for serving food too!Sorry, but this has ruined my impression of Red Rooster. Not coming back unless that was all I had to eat.

Dropped in here on our way to holiday accommodation. Service staff were fine and service was quite quick. Food was not terrible. A big issue was not having any working toilets. They were filthy and blocked up. As we'd been on the road for hours it was pretty important especially for the kids. I asked the service people if there was anything they could do but you really can't expect kids to sort this kind of issue. Proper maintenance and regular cleaning could avoid this. It's a nope from me.
