I will never come back here again, the only good thing about this place was the receptionists (they were lovely when I was there) the dr was not at all concerned with my physical problems. Lied about when he would call me, failed to mention he would not be working the following day (the day he said he'd call me) with my results. Something that has made me quite frantic and stressed with regards to my physical health. So I will not recommend

I feel like I live at Providence after visiting so much over the last 12 months. Dr Nash is amazing with my baby and has been her doctor since she was 3 weeks old. I've seen Dr Mary a few times too for women's health and she has been wonderful. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic service from the receptionists through to the Treating Doctors. Very sensitive cultural approach to Aboriginal Health as well during my consult. Very understanding of work cover issues. Most importantly Very affordable Bulk Billing Options for high quality care from their doctors. I feel completely comfortable using Providence Medical Centre in Umina for all future medical appointments.

Dr. Farid is one of the best general practitioners I have come across. His patience, care and knowledge when it comes to questions I have for any medical concerns relating to my family is second-to-none. I cannot recommend him (and the entire practice) enough.

3 visits so far to Providence, and can recommend them highly. The nurse on duty was efficient, caring and friendly, and both doctors (Dr George and Dr Ramy) were very respectful and professional. Reception staff are helpful and welcoming. Very happy to have found an excellent medical team, thank you!

Had a great experience after my first visit to the clinic on the weekend. Front desk Staff Marley was the most helpful with facilitating and following up with specific requests outside of the consultation session, which made the life of a time-poor new Mum like myself so much easier. I’m really grateful of this level of assistance which is not common from medical staff on the Peninsula. I recommend this medical centre to everyone living around the Pennisula.

Really great service from reception to the practitioners. Modern interior design and layout, allows for many waiting areas and up-to-date facilities and restrooms. Very reassuring to see they still are still practicing Covid-safe policies, sadly unlike many businesses and healthcare providers in 2022. Dr Remon Farid is lovely and a really caring health provider. Finding a GP you trust and know has your best interests at heart can be a bit of a tricky process, but I was so relieved after getting to know Dr Farid and becoming a regular patient.
