Happy with the clothes, extremely disappointed with the service and the way the company is managing online orders. A well-established and reputable company should notify its clients about specific payment rules, if any, Purebaby does not do that when one makes an order online. I've made an order for 900AU$, which the company split into 2 strange bundles (without asking about the priority of things), sent one out, refunded (as claimed by Purebaby, but never received by the customer) a little amount in order to proceed with the other batch. When asked to provide a reference number of the refund, did not respond and requested in return to provide a bank statement, which is confidential information. It is very sad when good things get managed badly, it leaves unpleasant feeling and if I were the manager of the company I would start the improvement of the company with accounting.
