Brisbane Blocked Drains recently installed a new rain-water drainage system at my house. Anthony and his team were prompt, professional, friendly, and highly customer-focused. They were a pleasure to have on site, were extremely efficient, and highly considerate of our family's needs (including our family dog / escape artist). It's refreshing to find that great businesses like this still exist, and I could not recommend them more enthusiastically. Thank you BBD.

These guys are the best .. I had a storm water / drainage / 'lack of fall' issue that baffled 4 other plumbers who couldn't suggest how to fix it... I was dreading the summer storms and repeat flooding under the house.. The recent wet weather exposed a big drainage issue at our house in Windaroo. We found black mould under our flooring and leak detections found water under our slab. It was suggested by insurance that we install moat like drainage around our house to stop this from happening in the future. This worried us because we knew it would be expensive and a big job. We started calling around plumbers and found that a lot of normal plumbers no longer take on drainage jobs. We had a large company out to quote and their quote was very expensive. We felt defeated and very stressed until we came across Brisbane Blocked Drains recommended by someone on facebook. I spoke with Anthony, he came out the next day for a quote. He came up with a solution and was confident he could fix our issue. He provided me with a quote that same day (which is very rare for trades people at the moment) The quote was very reasonable and much cheaper then the big company who first quoted. He managed to fit in our urgent job the following week. Anthony, Troy & Ray turned up at the day and time they said they would and got stuck into the job. Our lower ground level of our home flooded in the Feb 2022 rains. Anthony and his team worked quickly and efficiently to install exterior ground and surface drainage and water proofing. We have just had days of non stop rain in May and it passed with flying colours and is dry as a bone. I highly recommend Brisbane Blocked Drains for all your ground water drainage issues.

We are extremely happy with the service from Brisbane Blocked Drains. Anthony and his team of 3 were such a pleasure to work with. It shows that it is a family business! They are a friendly, down to earth bunch who listened to our problem regarding a stormwater drainage issue, and to the fact that we were about to add in a back patio with guttering. They provided excellent advice, and a great solution.They installed a seepage pipe, 2 storm pits and drainage to the kerb for a very competitive price. They were great with our dog and they all worked extremely hard on a particularly hot and humid day. They easily dealt with taking down a fence panel (and putting it back up) and the tree roots that were in their way.Best of all they left the area leveled and immaculately clean. If you have drainage issues, I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had one of those problems that only occurred during torrential rain. I’ve been meaning to get it sorted for years. Our back yard slopes down to our slab outside our rumpus downstairs.
