I came with my elderly Dad to his medical appointment to interpret booked at 1:30 early at 1 pm they said that there were 4 people before him and we waited until 2 :30 pm the doctor came out and said we next but the secretary pulled her aside and said they squeezed in a walk in patient right before we were about to go in did not inform us or ask us if this was okay .

I have been waiting for almost 3 hours. The clinic says they don’t take appointments yet everyone waiting when I arrived has left and still newcomers are being seen before me. Such a waste of a day.

I received a major burn on my arm. I was seen by the nurse immediately who inturn fetched the doctor. My burn required daily dressings for 2 weeks then every other day.Thanks to the Doctor and the expert care with cleaning and dressing my wound. One year on I have no scar not even a pink patchI can't give them high enough praiseTHANK YOU ALL!!!!

This Doctors surgery clearly has no idea nor compassion for their long time patients. I rang to make a telehealth appointment, in this case with Dr De La Cruz and was told by the receptionist without even asking my needs that the earliest possible appointment would be 5 days. My question is when did the medical profession allow these untrained telephone answerers to decide the urgency of my needs. I rang another surgery who took the time to ask my needs and had an appointment less than 12 hours later. You,re surgery and staff need take really good look at yourselves because you all fail the test. Text me back if think I,m wrong, I dare you to take my challenge.

Dr Jover is arrogant.He doesn’t acknowledge my brother who has an intellectual disability - treats him like an object.He complains about signing forms.Think twice before seeing him.

they charged me $50 for blood pressure measuring and I paid, the other day I got a bill in my mail box saying have to pay $50. I called them but it did not work so I went over but I failed to convince them.the other day I had telehealth whit Dr Dela which in my point of view he is the best in the medical centre and again they charged me over it saying you had telehealth before and you are not allowed to make twice per year. they did not informed before hand and charged me.

Great doctors, clearly family run, and have dealt with coronvirus situation well. Hope the phone consults remain in place, it has been a very smooth process and very convenient for myself who is a worried mother who does not want to bring any nasty bugs home!! Phones sometimes a little busy but it shows they're in high demand. Definitely recommend.

Had my Covid jab last week made an appt arrived early got in early told Matt the nurse I was afraid of needles he looked after me no pain he was brilliant in and out in 15 minutes.

Terrible do not use this med centre!!!They refused care for a 1 year old with a high fever. After booking online I was told they are “not taking any bookings due to covid” even though there were no location transmissions and the child has not been to covid areas.When asked for advise Dr Priya sonoff couldn’t even give me phone advice and said I would have to pay $50 as Medicare does not cover the services. I asked how I can get advice or assistance to why she replied “ go find another doctor” when complained they couldn’t answer as to why I can book an appt online if they aren’t taking new bookings ? Uneducated and poor services. Only thinking of the money and not helping or giving advice for an unwell child. Hopeless medical centre
