At first I thought I was scammed because I didnt receive purchase confirmation after I paid and it wouldn’t come up on service NSW whilst renewing. The next morning They called to tell I made i made a mistake and they fixed it straight away and when i went to renew the CTP slip was there waiting. Thanks so much we will use again !!!

Applied for NSW CTP insurance. Over 2 hours later it still hadn't been sent through to Service NSW. I get an email stating they needed to ask a question to complete the purchase. Turns out they needed to verify that I had zero points on my licence. This is supposed to be done by the insurer contacting Service NSW. It's a ploy to try and sell people other insurance products. I'd gave then zero stars for using deceptive business practices

If I could put 0 I would! Sold me a green slip (took credit card details) then chases me for 2 days (busy working & thought maybe trying to sell me other insurance) when I call oh we need your license number, I've lost 1 point so now it's also another $200! How about you ask for that before taking my credit card details. Disgusting so called customer service. Waste of my time! AVOID!!

Great personal service from a CTP comparison site. They treat you like you’re face to face which is nice. I had a glitch with my DL which I was able to personally discuss with the team and even though I couldn’t use them, I’m hoping to next year. Well done guys.
