Appalling care of my best friend who is legally blind... Left repeatedly in her wheelchair in her room. Calling and buzzing for assistance to toilet had resulted in serious infection and pain.I hope I never need to go into care... Even tho lack of staff they can't even speak to residents by name...Disgusted
