Extremely easy for process, very friendly staff that are very helpful and knowledgeable on all their products. They filled us in on all the care instructions and warranty for our couch. Very pleased with our experience and will recommend to friends and family. The quality of our lounge is also perfect.

It was a lovely experience to walk into this store. We been wanting a pod chair for a while now and they came up on top when I googled it. It was exactly what I was looking for and on sale! It was easy to assemble and has been a joy to use. It makes for a perfect reading nook and a throne for my kitty! :DAs I've just started using it, I can't say much about durability. I will update my review in a year or two to comment on quality.

The staff are so friendly and helpful in showing us around with the outdoor furniture.The prices are reasonable and much cheaper than what would you'd be getting out there at different outlet.Please don't hesitate to visit the store & have a look if you are looking at budget and decent quality outdoor furniture.

Not to mention the outstanding customer service from them going above and beyond to ensure we were happy. They stock a massive range of outdoor furniture, we just found it hard to decide which piece to buy as we liked so many of them! We highly recommend outdoor living direct and we would be more than happy to purchase from them again.

Outdoor living direct really back their products. We had an issue with ours outside of warranty. I emailed the service desk and they agreed that even though we were well outside warranty, the furniture should not have had that issue. The 3 components were replaced. Outstanding. Thank you so much to all involved.
