New Gen Business Agents

Agents are very busy and no time for their customers.Sadly all the business i am interested in is all in hand of this one agency name Ryan Withanage and he is super busy that he doesnt have time to respond to my enquiry, messages and phone calls for weeksNot all company has this kind of agent but by all means, call the office to be communicated by different agent!Having said that, the office number is also no respond. I dont think they want to do the business

Rana was excellent. He worked really hard to get the buyer over the line. We had very difficult buyers who were new to the country and had no understanding of the hospitality industry or how buying a business works. He was always professional, returned calls immediately and followed up leads straight away. Highly recommend him if you want to sell your business quickly.

I have had A very positive experience with new gen! They were very helpful especially Rana as he ensured and took reasonable steps with me when listing the business. Bought business through New Gen and I think it is probabaly one of the most reliable agent in Melbourne. Camil is very honest and very deligent，I think both the vendor and me are happy about the transaction after a honest and sincere negotiation through Camil. They‘v earned my trust， will definately recomend to my friends who needs their service.

Bought a business through Claude. He is a very honest and reliable agent. He helps a lot from the beginning to the end and even after settlement, he still contacted me with regard to my purchase. Highly Claude to anyone who is going to buy a business from New Gen.

Worst ever experience.I strongly agree to all previous google reviews.I recently met Ed Chan from New Gen Business.He is very nice to start with and when the time comes to show valid documents around business he is trying to sell....he will not provide any documents even-though I signed confidentiality agreement.He pressurised me sign the contract and put the deposit of $5000 before he can release any documents. He is very rude and behaving as if he I am working for him.I wonder why Business Brokers are not regulated similar to Real Estate Agent where they have to present valid documents while making sale so I inquired with Consumer Affairs Victoria and have informed them of the incident.All others who have similar experience I strongly suggest to raise your voice and inform Consumer Affairs Victoria so they can take actions.All prospective Buyers and Sellers be very careful when you are dealing with these guys and do all due diligence. Too hard to deal with as a buyer and I'm not sure they genuinely act in the vendors best interest.No information memorandum or vendor statement, can't clearly state what's actually for sale or not but wants an offer submitted to get assurances that it won't be sold whilst conducting due diligence? I don't mind making offers, but on what am I offering.My guess they target foreigners looking to come across on business visas who aren't interested in due diligence or whether the business is any good. Might as well forget about buying a business from these guys unless you fit that category.

Four months ago, I was thinking of selling my restaurant and my cousin recommended New Gen.I approached the agency because it is only 15 minutes drive from my business.I was stressed at the time & a bit nervous but they have agents from different ethnic background so that’s a good start. We tried to sell our business with other agent before New Gen, not one buyer came through.
