Service is always good.Their register is not friendly for custom orders. I should be able to say what I want on my burger (not what I don't want) and have that correctly reflected on the receipt. This leads to mistakes being made on order which I rarely take back to store.Salt on chips should be optional in all take away stores now. Salt intolerance and health issues (like atherosclerosis and high blood pressure) are real. I notice KFC now allow an order of chips with no salt which is great.

The burger are pretty large and especially their new tandoori range is pretty fire. Can't really take any stars off as they are quite good for the price you pay. Better thn KFC fr sure.

I've always, always enjoyed the food and service from Kingsleys Queanbeyan. The staff are always super friendly and polite, their food is always fresh and tastes so good!I've never had a negative experience here and can not fault the staff for their great work and effort day to dayI always look forward to going back and eating here

Great prices, great chicken taste. So tasty so yummy.Great package deals. Kids menu come with a ballon and a piece of Choc bar. So good..The chilli sambal [peri2] is very nice for dipping the chicken and the chips in.Friendly staff, the only thing is :No hand washing area if we want to eat there.But they provide hand sanitizing gel that is really thoughtful.Will be coming back again.

Been a kingley's customer for 40 years. Prices going up, the thinnest slice of chicken ever on the burger, very disappointed. Chips were average also.

Ordered from their online delivery, order was sent out from Queanbeyan store. The family chips we ordered wasn't even half full. Any attempts to call the store was unanswered and the text chat was ignored as well. This has happened multiple times, while anything from the Erindale store has been fine would not recommend Kingsley's Queanbeyan.Edit: The Kingsley's corporate office called to apologise for the issues and said it was not acceptable. Glad to see that their corporate agrees that there needs to be improvements.

I can take or leave it, nothing special, kind of tasted like they ducked across the road to Aldi and cooked something up from there. Staff were very hard to understand and the place just looked grubby.
