Incompetent Property management team.Allowed tenant to overstay in our house without our consent. Didn't get consent from the owners who wanted to stay in the house after their lease had ended.Sided in VCAT tribunal on the side of the tenant. Unable to explain in VCAT as to why their Agent was not able to efficiently ask for repairs of the building as well as take the tenant to VCAT for late payments of RENT.The jellis Craig Carnegie team wreaks of poor property managment in our opinion.

She's professional, attentive and a wonderful communicator. Jellis Craig has excellent systems and online tools so it's easy for me to access information any time. They take the worry out of property investment because I don’t feel the need to micro-manage them and ask for updates - they keep me informed.
