What started out to be a 1 star review had turned itself around to a 3 star one. Customer service atrocious spent 5 minutes trying to get someone's attention until we finally did then he fumbled around for another 2 until we had finally placed the order. Also wasn't busy at all. Then waited 15 minutes for our food not the longest time but not ideal the reason this got a 3 star reward is because how good the kebab was. Can't recommend but if you don't mind being treated like this go ahead it's good food.

Great Service and the best Kebab I have eaten in a long time!! It was that delicious, we went back the next day and got another Kebab. Highly recommend Master Kebabs Batemans Bay.

Generous serving, wrapped in foil to keep it warm. Well cooked chicken and wrap, fresh ingredients. Garlic sauce was a bit salty for my taste but overall, yummy. They even chopped it in half for us so my partner and I could both eat it. Also have a variety of other options, not just wraps/kebabs.

I must say the beef Burgers here are one of the best I have had. Have extra cheese and egg to make it divine. Price is just too good to be true for such a high quality burger.

The best kebab I have ever had and I have eaten a lot of them! They are fresh, many options and always hot! Love this place so much!

Customer service was terrible. We spent $500 on (22) mixed plate dishes that we could not finish due to poor quality. In general, it was a very bad experience to try this restaurant.

Worst customer service ever and the lady who works there should learn some customer service skills. She literally threw food on our table and abused loudly, she mentioned our ethnicity and made bad comments on it. Should be fired from this place, this place is not recommended at all.

Worst customer service. We bought 22 mixed plates on the boxing day for around $500. Most of the food was thrown away as it was disgusting. It is one of the worst restaurants in Batemans Bay (if not the worst) and bad customer service. Think many many times before heading to this disgusting place.The lady manager there was rude.I wish there is a way to take them to court so they pay the $500 back.

Get the kid of the counter for heavens sake!That's no way to run a business. The 9 or 10 year old taking orders and laying blame on the customers due to his mistakes. I know, he is kid, but that's not the customers fault.I ordered a hamburger with cheese. The little boy (cos that what he is) grabbed a box for the burger as we proceeded to write our two kebab orders down. Paid for the order, received the two kebabs and they didn't make the burger because the little kid had absolutely no desire to work and paid absolutely no attention.. He forgot to give his parents the burger box. Wife proceeded to go pay for the burger and explain that its fine, let's pay and sort it out. The little kid kept on saying I didn't hear you say that
