Transportable Shade Sheds

We were very confident at the beginning of our transaction. Terry assured us in the first week of October 2022 when we placed order and paid deposit that our carport would be delivered within 4 to 5 weeks. After it was all paid for communication was minimal, calls and texts went unanswered.The frame was finally delivered towards the end of December and was advised by driver that it was a different company that would deliver the roofing iron in 5 to 10 days. I completely understand that it's Christmas but we ordered on the 5th of October and still have no idea when we will receive the rest of our shade shed.If you want their product in the time promised I would 100% not recommend them.

Demanded full payment and said delivery would be in February. Finally frame will be delivered on March 29 I hope. I am told the remainder may take up to 6 weeks. I spoke with Stephanie who refused to provide the owners details or the company making the product. She said there is a manager Danny who may choose to contact me or not. I am concerned about insolvency due to demand for full payment, delays and secrets regarding owners and business making product. Very worried and don’t accept this treatment.

Terrible company to deal with we ordered the shad shed in May 2022 and fully paid for it in June 2022. Countless arrival dates for the product but it never appeared. Endless emails and phone calls to the business. In the end asked for a refund as they still could not give us a delivery date but the refund was denied. We still have no delivery date and they have had full payment since June 2022. NOT HAPPY. Our last date of delivery was set for mid January 2023 for frame and roof to come 10 days later. When it didn't come they said February 22 - now they cannot tell us anything.

the people within this business are great to deal with and made the process so easy. In a past live I delivered other companies shed to site, and I must say that Transportable Shade Shed would have to be the easies to work with. They are very professional & kept me in the loop all of the time. Great Company and would highly recommend them to any one who needs a shed.

Here’s some facts that you can use when deciding who to purchase from. I ordered my Transportable Shade Shed on the 7th Nov 22 and paid the deposit. They requested full payment a week later saying it was going into production. So I paid the balance. This means on the 14th Nov 22 they have $5123.79 of my money. I didn't receive the frame until 28th Jan 23 and there was a part missing. It took them a couple of weeks to get the part to me and I still haven't received the sheeting even though I contact them every week they rarely reply. Yesterday (27th Feb) they told me me sheets were still 3 weeks away

Terry and the team at TSS were great to deal with. From first contact through to the delivery of my shed, they were helpful and responsive at every stage. The shed itself a quality and covers our new caravan perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to use TSS again in the future and I would recommend anyone looking for a quality product and great service to contact TSS.Peter.

Still waiting…Terry Coe please contact me...I have called, messaged and emailed numerous times with no reply.Ordered a shade shed in December 2022, it’s now late April 2023, was advised it should arrive Feb… frame arrived when advised yet still waiting for roof sheeting as it looks like many others are… I can’t get a call or reply and the shade shed automated voice recording says they are closed.This is so unprofessional it’s not a joke. Having been in sales personally for many years this is absolutely pathetic.Don’t pay your bill until you are guaranteed a complete drop off. Once you’ve paid your final invoice you won’t hear from them again, Terry or colleagues.If I don’t hear from them soon I’ll start legal proceedings.Terry contact me.

Terry Coe was super to deal with from the very first contact.These guys make the buying, delivery, set up process easy and are contactable any time when in trouble especially during construction. The product looks great, strong and steady in awful weather, very happy with our purchase and happy to deal with Transportable Shade Sheds. We'll do it all again when the time is needed. Thanks TSS.

I had a 3m x 3m relocatable office fabricated by TSS - Terry & the team were extremely helpful & responsive. I viewed the finished product and others being fabricated at their workshop and was well impressed by the quality and attention to detail. Since installing I've had nothing but positive comments about my 'dog house'!! ;)
